In order to balance a busy life as a mum of three, Moira attended her first Yoga class in the late 2000's. Having experienced a stressful career as a commercial Architect, she was drawn to Yoga, merely as a means of movement at the end of long day at a desk. However, she quickly began to notice a significant boost in her mental health and general wellbeing. Her mindset and outlook on life took a massive shift and from there she was hooked. During the recession, she retrained as a Montessori teacher and again, Yoga played a significant role in allowing her to carve out time for herself between teaching and raising her family.

Seeking to expand her knowledge and own personal practice, Moira to decided to take the plunge and start her journey to becoming a Yoga teacher. She is a certified 200hrs Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. She has expanded her teaching knowledge with 50 hrs kids Yoga, 50 hrs Katonah Yoga® Training (The Studio, New York), 20hrs Restorative and 60hrs Yin Yoga training. She is currently on her 300hrs Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with The Elbow Room, while training to be a Breathwork Facilitator and Pilates 1 and 2 Mat Instructor with PTTI.  She also holds an Infant Massage certificate with IAIM.

She enjoys teaching a strong, energetic Vinyasa flows and gentle mellow, restorative classes. All her classes are combined with breathwork and essential oils for the ultimate wellbeing experience.  She teaches weekly in-person, online and corporate classes for well established Yoga studios in South County Dublin. She is available for private classes, festival and corporate classes/ events.
